ilimcraft LLC — Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope

These terms are an agreement between you and ilimcraft LLC ("IlimCraft", "we"). They apply when you use ilimcraft.com and any other IlimCraft website that does not publish its own terms. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms cover the website and our dealings with you at the company level. They do not cover our products or advisory services. Those are governed by the terms described in section 2.

2. Our business units and which terms apply

IlimCraft operates several business units. When you use one, that unit's terms govern your use of it. If they conflict with these terms, the unit's terms control for that product or service.

3. Using the website

You may browse the site and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• break the law or help anyone else do so;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or other people's data;
• introduce malware, or disrupt or overload the site;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk without our written permission;
• pretend to be IlimCraft or anyone else, or misstate your affiliation with us.

4. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, code and graphics belong to IlimCraft or its licensors. IlimCraft, ilim, Mnemox, SoundSmart and their logos are our trademarks. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse our content or marks beyond that without written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you let us use them freely to improve our products, without payment or credit. This does not give us any right to personal information you send us beyond what our Privacy Policy allows.

5. Information on the site and third-party links

The site gives general information about IlimCraft and its business units. It is not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice, and reading it does not create an advisory relationship. Advisory relationships begin only when we sign an engagement agreement.

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, IlimCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy, changes and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, including for anyone who breaks section 3.

8. Governing law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If that fails, the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction.
